The Organic Garden Club exhibit at the National Heirloom Expo at the Ventura County Fairgrounds was a great success! Our display drew abundant people to our table interested in joining us at our meetings and events and learning more about organic gardening.

Bill’s tasting of his yummy grapes and apples was a huge hit. Darcey brought flowers, produce, and ornaments. Linda is standing in front of a pyramid of veggies.

The Expo was sponsored by Baker Creek Heirloom Seed company, who supplied tables and mountains of gorgeous fruits and veggies that were donated to Food Forward after the Exposition was over.

It was fun to talk with all the wonderful organic gardeners and folks interested in heirloom seeds, pure food, and regenerative farming!

There was amazing different displays of carved fruits and veggies everyday.

Our Organic Garden Club members shared their organic gardening joys and adventures over the three days to encourage the public to grow their own food where they live. Anxiety and stress melt away as you find new life in the soil and healing in the garden.
We enjoyed our visit to the National Heirloom Expo and just planted some of the seeds we got at the Seed Swap.
